Inside Sales Representative

_Expert solution of the Wolters Kluwer Group_, is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The right person will enjoy working closely with the Marketing team and will support our Outside Sales team by identifying potential prospects, opening new accounts and sales opportunities, and being primarily responsible for initiating calls to prospects setting appointments, lead generation, and qualification, and creating business opportunities.
We are looking for a person with a minimum of experience in the role and preferably with a sales experience in software B2B environment, or as a telemarketer selling software solutions or IT projects.
Main activities will be:
- Generate a consistent quantity of high quality and in target leads to support the growth of business on the Italian market. - Daily follow-up the leads and convert them as sales qualified opportunities. - Educate the prospects and customers about CCH Tagetik solutions and cross selling opportunities. -
- Scout new potential prospects, by qualifying in target accounts and identifying buyer personas, performing researches via web, on databases and using social selling tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Promptly manage information requests or product demo requests coming from company's website or marketing campaigns. - Properly supply reports concerning activities, calls and generated sales opportunities. - Maintain, update and contribute to the growth of company's data base of contacts. - Update the CRM (Salesforce) with the activities, follow-ups and other useful information for the sales team. - Collaborate with the Marketing team in the organization of events, webinars and other lead generation activities.
Job Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum of inside sales experience, calling on end-user business customers. - Negotiation skills, Self-motivated, focused, driven to achieve goals with strong objection handling abilities. -
- Have a good track record as far as achievements of goals- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment. - Should have good time management skills, positive approach
Great if you also have:
- Experience working in a call center environment and have experience of sales.
methodologies and strategies. - Experience using Salesforce and Marketo- Possess communication and marketing knowledge- Language skills
