Inside Sales Representative - Chromatography And
Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Representing the company to the customers in all sales-oriented activities.
- Focus on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share as well as retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
These activities include quotations generation as well as all administrative tasks related to our internal systems.
- You will act independently but will also support a Field Sales team.
Accountable to achieve team and individual sales quota.
- For this position you will cover the **Finnish **market.
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree within Biological/Life Sciences (ideally biochemistry or analytical chemistry)
- First experience in/ knowledge of analytical techniques such as **Chromatography** (**LC, GC, HPLC **etc ) and /or **Spectroscopy** in a similar position or as an end user
- Experience in Sales is a plus
- Fluent **Finnish** speaking is required but also a good level of **English** is essential (written and spoken)
**Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have**:
- Efficient communication skills: verbal, written and listening
- Excellent time-management skills as well as being able to work under pressure
- Cooperative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to understand customer requirements and balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs.
- Proactive with a "can-do" attitude and a natural instinct to deliver the highest-levels of customer service
