- ** Diego Beccarelli**, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.

**WHAT THE INSIDE SALES DEPARTMENT DOES

- Identify strategic partners to increase sales

- Analyse, understand and establish a long-term relationship with our creators, proposing the best Affiliate agreements.

- Analyse the activities performed and adopt continuous improvement actions.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Utilise Social Media, Google and other sources to **generate new sales partnerships** and opportunities.

- ** Identify the needs **of the creators, and suggest appropriate affiliates and activities.

- ** Build long-term and trusting relationships** with affiliates to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

- ** Proactively seek new business opportunities** in the market.

- ** Set up meetings** or calls between creators and affiliates

- ** Report to your manager** with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Proficiency in **English** and a third language is a plus

- Previous experience in **client-facing** digital media, including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management, is a must.

- Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.

- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

- Strong desire and ability to move up within a **sales organisation.

- Proficiency with Excel or CRM software.
