As an IDEXX Inside Sales Representative you will provide critical services to our Italian customers while helping to grow IDEXX revenues receiving and processing orders for reference laboratory services, diagnostic kits and instrument consumables.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a crucial bridge between our customers and IDEXX.

By supporting the sales process & receiving and processing orders, you will work to equip veterinary clinics with the tests and tools they need to help keep pets happy and healthy.

In This Role

You will partner with the IDEXX field sales team to build a strategy to retain, acquire and grow account opportunities that span multiple IDEXX products

Provide outstanding customer experience while working collaboratively for team success

You will facilitate webinars for potential customers

You will have the opportunity to attend trade shows, conferences and meetings as prescribed by leadership.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Veterinary Graduated or bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education

You will be based in our office (Milano), Italian office supporting our Italian customer, so it is essential you speak fluent Italian & business English.

Sales and/or applicable business experience involving direct customer contact

Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market and experience in healthcare or scientific industry is a plus

Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning; strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly

Ability to absorb and articulate technical information

Internally motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational skills

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook)
