Inside Sales Representative - Services & Support
As our new **Inside Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for the success of our **Services & Support solutions** (Agilent CrossLab) in the **Italian market**. This portfolio of solutions includes repair & maintenance contracts (hardware), learning services, laboratory relocations, asset management and digital solutions.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
- Provide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers and end users
- Identify and generate business opportunities for growth by taking a creative approach.
- Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date.
- Proactively collaborate with field service & instrument sales teams (other internal resources) to drive the sales cycle.
This position can be based either in our **Milan **or **Barcelona **offices, where partial remote work would be an option (up to 2 days a week).
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
- **University degree** in either a** life science** (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology ) or a **business-related field**:
- **Commercial experience selling scientific solutions** (products or services)
- Full proficiency in **Italian **and **English**.
On a personal level, you are **proactive**, **outgoing **and **customer focused**. You also have **excellent interpersonal** and **communication skills** to interact with many external and internal partners. You show a **real can-do attitude**, **resilience **and you enjoy working both **autonomously **and **as part of a team**. Whilst being **flexible **and **adaptable**, you have also **strong planning**, **organizational **and **time management skills**.

**Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
