**Job description**:

We are looking for an Inside Sales for semi-finished products in charge of managing the order fulfilment of all customers assigned, ensuring deliveries as contractually agreed and in accordance with business guidelines.

The Inside Sales is supporting the external Sales Force as back office for all customers' requests and quotes,

Is managing the local Planner activities for semi-finished products via distribution orders from other MCAM sites and other products purchasing.

**Main activities**:

Contribute to achieve the local sales budget via an excellent management of customers' orders and needs.

Issue quotes to customers using our ERP quote module.

Follow pro-actively the status of customers' orders, providing info about delays and proposing alternatives to limit the impact on the customer, propose obsolete stock

Handle customers' complaint in cooperation with distribution warehouses and local Quality team.

Perform the planner's tasks ofCut-to-size manufacturing orders for internal cutting operations

semi-finished products distributed from other MCAM warehouses

semi-finished products purchased locally

**Required profile**:

Professional degree

At least 3 years experience in similar role

PC usage and office programs

English language B2 Level, Spanish and French at least B1

Ability to communicate clearly at all levels
