We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales with a focus on customer centricity and data accuracy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience!
About the Role: What your mission with us will encompass: Process sales orders and manage the dispatch and administration of products and services sold. Check, process, and confirm customer orders using our ERP system (SAP), ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and company guidelines. Order Tracking & Inventory Management: Monitor order statuses, manage backlogs, and handle finished goods inventory to maximize monthly and quarterly invoicing. Support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. About You: What will help you excel in this role: Upper secondary education is required; a university degree is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service. Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish and French will be an add-on. Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations). Digital Competency: Strong digital skills and interest in tools like CRM, skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other tools for efficient order management. Team Player & Organizational skills: A collaborative approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. High sense of urgency. Location and Reporting: This role will report to Team Lead Inside Sales South, Sales Europe, Advanced Materials. Residence near Genova.
