Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Parma.

This role focuses on managing and developing B2B relationships with international travel agencies, contributing to our company's growth in the luxury travel sector.

Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with international travel agency clientsOrganize and conduct engaging webinars to showcase our destinations and servicesCreate and distribute targeted newsletters to maintain client engagementMonitor and evaluate customer performance metricsHandle customer account management and onboardingCollaborate with our international team to ensure excellent service deliveryRequired Qualifications Proven experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, SAP, or Salesforce)Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar tools)Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational and time management abilitiesPassion for luxury travel and cultural awarenessAbility to work effectively under pressure and as part of a teamWhat We Offer Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00)Opportunity to work in the luxury travel industryInternational work environmentProfessional growth in a dynamic sectorThe Ideal Candidate We're looking for ambitious professionals who are:
