The Inside Sales Specialist communicates with customers to understand their needs and generate new leads.

Duties and responsibilities: Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-upsCommunicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunitiesAnswering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emailsExplaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and servicesMaintaining and improving the database of prospectsResearching for new leadsKeeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offersUpselling products and servicesSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos to prospectsQualifications: Proven inside sales experience (1-3 years)Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsFluent in English & ItalianAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
