Inside Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the territory achieving quarterly quotas
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Operations team
- Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management
- The main point of contact for transactional customer queries and requests
- Drive customer relationships and satisfaction
- Support pipeline, opportunity, and customer contact management in CRM tool (SalesForce)
- Manage global customer catalog and process
- Evaluate and Produce local customer quotations in line with LRQA policies
- Support in-country account teams (Italy and South Europe) in producing local quotations where required
- Owning customer-facing KPI reporting where relevant
- Manage customer global framework pricing quotation for Multi-country bids
**What we require**:
- Proven inside sales experience with 3-4 years minimum of previous experience in a similar position (Inside Sales, Inside Sales Support, Sales Account)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- 3-4 years minimum of previous experience in a similar position (Inside Sales, Inside Sales Support)
- Advanced English verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- French or other foreign languages could be considered a plus
- Familiar with CRM tools especially SalesForce
- Previous experience in Oil&Gas, Energy and Infrastructure would be considered an asset
- Customer-focused/high-performance mindset
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Relying on your strong relationship-building skills
- Proactive working & used to deliver outstanding results under pressure
You will report to the Sales Manager and you will be part of South Europe Regional team.
