Introduction

As Inside Sales Support you are the first point of contact for the Italian customers of Shimano's bicycle department.

You ensure a clear and customer oriented communication towards the customers.

Contract type: Temporary 1 year finalized to permanent

The Challenge

- Register and monitor orders of customers that come in by phone and the online order system

- Take care about payments collections and order release

- Supply customers with up-to-date product-, price

- and order information.

You use your technical knowledge of the products to provide customers with technical information.

- Answer customers' questions and manner their problems with care.

- Actively approach customers yourself, f. e.

in case of sales actions.

- Supply sales representatives with relevant information.

What are we looking for?

- A secondary vocational education level and preferably experience in a similar commercial position.

- Experience with automated order processing

- Affinity with and knowledge of the bicycle industry and the Shimano product range are required.

- Affinity or passion with fishing tackle is considered as a plus.

- Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally as in writing.

- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.

- Directly available or on a short term.
