INSIDE SALES SUPPORTResponsibilities Management and support to customers, resolution of issues related to the product/serviceManagement of the complexities related to the order processSecond-order help desk with the use of different tools (telephone and e-mail)Customer support in pre and post salesInterface with the different departments of the companyManagement of relations with Italian and foreign customersSupport to the sales networkSupport in the management of commercial offersMonitoring of shipments and related documentationPre and post sales activitiesReporting and sales analysisHelp in managing and organizing eventsJob Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in the roleGood knowledge of English, better knowledge of a second languageMastery in using the main IT tools of the Office packageExcellent communication skills and strong problem-solving orientationProfessionalism, precision and flexibilityBy joining LEMO, we offer an attractive and dynamic working environment with the possibility to contribute to the Group's success.
