For our Italian Subsidiary , located in MILANO , we are currently looking to hire one individual in the role of: INSIDE SALES SUPPORT Responsibilities: Management and support to customers, resolution of issues related to the product/service. Management of the complexities related to the order process. Second-order help desk with the use of different tools (telephone and e-mail). Customer support in pre and post sales. Interface with the different departments of the company. Management of relations with Italian and foreign customers. Support to the sales network. Support in the management of commercial offers. Monitoring of shipments and related documentation. Pre and post sales activities. Reporting and sales analysis. Help in managing and organizing events. Job Requirements & Qualifications: Previous experience in the role. Good knowledge of English, better knowledge of a second language. Mastery in using the main IT tools of the Office package. Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving orientation. Professionalism, precision and flexibility.
