Responsibilities Management and support to customers, resolution of issues related to the product/service Management of the complexities related to the order process Second-order help desk with the use of different tools (telephone and e-mail) Customer support in pre and post sales Interface with the different departments of the company Management of relations with Italian and foreign customers Support to the sales network Support in the management of commercial offers Monitoring of shipments and related documentation Pre and post sales activities Reporting and sales analysis Help in managing and organizing events Profile Previous experience in the role Good knowledge of English, better knowledge of a second language Mastery in using the main IT tools of the Office package Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving orientation Stress management Professionalism, precision and flexibility We offer The stability of an independent, dynamic, continuously successful Swiss group.
