Job Description Summary**:

The Inspector will be deployed in Kuwait and he/she will perform engines, module,

Line Replaceable Items and AGE visual inspections, borescope inspections, NDT

inspections, supervision of complex assembly, replacement of modules/LRI and/or

installation operations.

He/she will be flexible in fulfilling, depending on the necessity: engine maintenance

by module/LRI replacement, inhibiting, preservation, packaging, transportation and

storage of engines, module, Line Replaceable Items and AGE.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Engine off Aircraft maintenance by module (M14 M15) & component (Line

- Replaceable Item's and parts only) replacement

- Perform tests onto new installed components (LRI)

- Perform induction, inhibiting, over-inspection, preservation and packaging of engines, module and LRI

- Perform borescope Inspection (on/off A/C) Endoscopic Control and Measuring of damages identified on all engine modules AGE - Aircraft Ground Equipment servicing, maintenance, repair, calibration Fitter & line inspection

- Perform engine/module/LRI/components inspection (visual/NDT) and sentencing

- Perform kitting operations onto engines to rebuild

- Perform internal transportation service

- Fulfill Customer demands of assets and components

- Arrange transportation for returns to Avio Aero / Military Consortium including relevant shipping/export documentation

- Maintain logbook/logcards updated

- Maintain relevant IT systems (SAP/PSSE, etc) up-to-date

- Receive inbound material, perform incoming inspection**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- High school diploma with previous solid technical experience

- Experience in multinational /multicultural environment

- Good knowledge of military propulsion systems

- Proficiency with GE Avio quality assurance procedures and instructions Knowledge of airworthiness / flight safety regulations and compliance Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and working around A/C's Forklift and overhead crane use

- Knowledge on engine maintenance technical documentation & ability to consult Data Modules and Part Catalogue

- Specific maintenance and training capabilities on human factor, suspected unapproved parts, FOD

- Knowledge of Measure Systems, Anti FOD Rules, Health and Safety regulations and working around A/C's and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

- Experience on engine SIR / Strip Inspection (Visual and NDT) mainly in M14/M15 modules and LRI's Replacement

- Proficiency in metrology and expertise to use measurement tools

- Trained to perform borescope inspection

- Knowledge of packaging, transportation, export control

- Literate in IT systems (incl.

PSSE, SAP, Microsoft Office)

- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English

- EU work permit and eligible for Kuwait work permit

- Eligible for NATO Security Clearance
