Job Posting: Instagram Growth & Monetization Expert for Flavor of Italy About the Role: Flavor of Italy is looking for a dynamic Instagram Growth Specialist to help us grow our audience and revenue through compelling, organic Instagram content.

Our goal is to grow our followers from 6, 000 to 20, 000 in just three months , while driving paid Substack subscriptions and securing podcast advertisers.

This is a performance-based role with clear growth targets and financial incentives.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional who can demonstrate past success in social media growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an Instagram growth strategy to reach 20, 000 followers in 3 months.

Create and manage 3-5 (or more) high-quality Instagram posts per week , including reels and stories.

Implement effective engagement tactics , including hashtag strategies and influencer collaborations.

Convert free subscribers into paid Substack subscribers through targeted marketing.
