Our European office is seeking an experienced Equity Sales professional to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about selling both execution services and research while expanding their institutional equity sales business.

Key Responsibilities Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to client onboarding, account management, and relationship building.

Leverage your network to build and strengthen client relationships, driving growth and increasing Velocity's market presence.

Develop and execute a commercial strategy that focuses on client acquisition, retention, and promoting Velocity's expertise and innovative investment solutions.

Work with other business lines and global offices to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Partner with internal support teams to ensure outstanding service delivery, contributing to Velocity Trade's global success.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field from an accredited university.

Minimum 7 years of experience in equity sales and selling equity research.

Strong network of institutional clients, with established top-tier and middle-market relationships (Italian Buy-Side cash equity space) Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, excelling in fast-paced environments.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Knowledge of multiple asset classes is advantageous.

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
