What You'll Do
You will support BCG Institutional Relations agenda, with a specific focus on SATT (Seat-at-the-Table) activities.
You will work closely with senior colleagues, supporting in managing relationship with key relevant stakeholder for the company.
**YOU ARE GOOD AT**:
Your effort will be crucial in assisting the Institutional Relations effort of BCG and its Senior Leaders.
Thanks to your commitment, relationship management skills and ability to help positioning BCG within the institutional and business network, you will support the company and its leaders in establishing a continuous engagement of its most relevant stakeholders.
You will have the chance to cooperate closely with Senior colleagues, i. e.
Institutional Relations Manager, as well as with Senior Leaders in Consulting Team, for an outstanding opportunity to gain knowledge of the company and of the whole business community we're part of.
Who You'll Work With
- University Degree - preferably in Political Science, Philosophy, Journalism, or International Relations;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- Passion and strong interest for staying informed on current events and global issues;
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Public speaking aptitude, with a "can-do" attitude and an eagerness to learn and take initiative;
- Positive attitude, drive, and commitment;
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to multitask in a dynamic environment.
