- Interpreting test results and learning analytics to identify curriculum improvements

- Incorporating learning science and mastery-based learning principles into curriculum and assessments

- Manually creating test content or curriculum materials—AI tools will be your ally in these tasks

**Key Responsibilities

Utilize your psychometric expertise to develop and refine test content using AI, ensuring assessments are personalized, rigorous, and aligned with educational standards.

Contribute to enhancing our learning ecosystem through cross-disciplinary collaboration and data-driven insights.

- Expertise in one or more of the following: psychometrics, educational measurement, assessment design, standardized testing, item writing, cognitive psychology in learning, educational data analysis, Item Response Theory, or computer adaptive testing.

- A PhD in a related field.

- Strong grasp of learning science principles and mastery-based learning.

- Proficiency with AI tools for educational content development or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

- User-centric mindset with critical evaluation skills for content appropriateness, accuracy, and relevance.

- Excellent collaborative abilities to work across diverse teams and disciplines.
