Talent Solutions , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence , is currently recruiting for an Insurance & Risk Associate.

We are looking for an Insurance & Risk Associate, who will act within the Global Risk and Insurance department to support the Insurance and Enterprise Risk Management Functions in the process of risk assessment, risk transfer to the insurance market, and management of international insurance programs.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the single point of contact for some of the Group's subsidiaries for the management of the insurance and reinsurance Group and Local programs, including:Assessment of insurance risks and collection of information to be transferred to the insurance market for proper risk pricing evaluation; Support the process of insurance and reinsurance coverage placement, dealing with brokers and insurers for all lines of insured risks; Support the process of Mergers & Acquisitions insurance audit; Collaborate and proactively support the administrative management of insurance documents (policy and certificates insurance, premium payment, budgets, forecasts, and provisions); Provide support and consulting advice in the definition of insurance clauses in contracts with third parties; Support entities and relevant Directions and Functions in the process of insurance claims management, interfacing with loss adjusters and claims consultants; Participate in the Enterprise Risk Management process at Corporate and Global level, in line with the Group's methodology, supporting the ERM team in self-assessment interviews and reporting key risks to top management; Support Insurance and Enterprise Risk Management Functions in vertical project deployment on specific risk areas; JOB REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics; 2-3 years of experience in insurance companies, brokerage companies, or a similar position in multinational companies; Fluent in English; Teamwork skills; Availability to travel, including abroad; Aptitude for personal relations.
