We are searching for an experienced Insurance Senior Auditor to join our teams based in Milan. You will be working with a wide range of different size clients, in a flexible and dynamic work environment with the opportunity to join our international teams and training programs. What will you do? Manage a small/middle business service portfolio;Highlight key risk areas to manager attention and draft work programs tailored to the risks associated with the client;Act as a point of contact for both manager and client, ensuring they are fully informed of the audit progress;Finalize reports and audit files within the due timescales;Provide support and training to junior staff;Build strong working relationships and seek networking opportunities;QualificationsThe following requirements are essential for you to be the right candidate:Experience in an international audit firm/insurance company/institution for financial statements;Experience in dealing with Solvency II;Degree in Economics or Business Administration;Good team player and effective time management;Good knowledge of English;Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills;Availability to travel frequently for work. You will improve your skills in an international and young environment.
