JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

As part of the team Group Risk, Asset Protection, Brand and Trade Protection, Information Security and Environment, Health and Safety, the Insurance Specialist will support the Project Leaders in the execution of key tasks in Insurance, Risk management and EHS areas within the deadlines defined.

She/he will collaborate in the definition and implementation of the solutions.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

Insurance:

- Review of insurance contracts.

Monitoring of the insurance policies issuance within the terms and as per renewal agreement;

- Coordination of the insurance certificates issuance within the date defined with the broker;

- Control and maintenance of the company database and tools in relation with the insurance coverage at worldwide level (Legisway DB, Insured Values DB, Greater Insight, . . . )

- Employee Benefits assistance:

- Review of the local SOW-s (Statement of work) and compare with the Master agreement;

- Tracker monitoring: support in the Insurance plans roll out & AON appointment;

- Assistance on the plans renewal process.

EHS & Loss prevention:

- Monitoring of Action Plan status related to Loss prevention and EHS.

**NETWORK OF INTERACTION**:

INTERNAL : Risk Management, Environment Health & Safety Retail and Offices, Brand & Trade Protection, Asset Protection, Legal entities, Legal department, HR department.

EXTERNAL : Insurance broker

**TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Solid knowledge of Excel

- Excellent data collection and analysis skills

- Organizational and planning

- Demonstrated ability to review, analyze and interpret legislation

- Strong attention to detail

- Proactive and ability to work independently

**Educational Background**:

- Business, Legal, Finance, EHS or another related field

**LANGUAGES**:

Italian: Fluent

English: High/intermediate level

Other Languages: French would be considered a nice to have
