The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for an **Integrated Reporting and Risk Management** **Analyst** to work in the Finance Department.

Under the supervision of the Financial Reporting & Risk Management Manager, the new colleague will mainly support the management of the Integrated Reporting process and will contribute to the development and management of the Financial Risk Management process

The Financial Risk Management activity is aimed at identifying and mapping the main operational risks and related controls that have an impact on the Foundation's Financial Statements and, subsequently, monitoring them through the identification of specific risk indicators (hereinafter also **"KRI")** that allow the Foundation to monitor the quality and reliability of the data that flow into the Financial Statements.

Finally, the person will support the manager in the Foundation's insurance contracts management and in handling relationships with the broker and insurances companies.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and development of the Integrated Report by collecting and analyzing data and coordinating with stakeholders.

- Support HR in delivering training and promoting integrated thinking and reporting across the organization.

- Handle day-to-day insurance matters and liaise with brokers and insurance providers.

- Assist in implementing and following up on insurance-related guidelines within the Finance Area

- Contribute to internal consulting activities related to financial statements, tax, and accounting

- Provide analytical support for the implementation of the cost control model and related projects.

- Collaborate on ERP and software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with accounting and fiscal requirements

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the internal finance dashboard for performance tracking.

- Support in development and management of the implementation of the financial risk management activities and model.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics, Finance or related discipline;

- 1-3 years of experience in management of financial and non-financial data (including ESG data) and related analysis, implementation of sustainability reporting, or financial risk management;

- Knowledge of applicable regulations (i. e.

Eu Taxonomy Regulation, CSRD, CSDDD and GRI/ESRS Stantards), or financial risk management concepts, and insurance processes.

- Experience in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.

- Fluent command of Italian and English.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing companies or "in house" auditing;

- Knowledge of the financial statements and accounting Standards of non-profit organisations;

- Strong capability of MS Office;

- Knowledge of SAP.
