As a Integration Manager, you are responsible to:

- Support evolution of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) solutions by selecting the most appropriate components among Dedalus product and components portfolio;

- Design of integration pattern;

- Supervise the end-to-end integration process and roadmap;

- Support the development teams and identify potential drifts;

- Coordinate with external software developers and resolve system integration issues;

- Collaborate with the Transition Manager to support training and installation activities in the markets.

Assignments:

- New Components design

- Support Product Manager and Solution Architect in designing new components to cover new requirements.

- Design Integration pattern and processes of the new innovative products with the modules of the Dedalus platform and with third party products.

- Support Functional Manager in assess transversal topics on new functionalities (i. e.

GDPR, AUTH, SECURITY, . . . ).

- Roadmap

- To be responsible for roadmap of new components.

- To be responsible for roadmap of retro-compatible components (new components on legacy systems).

- To support Product manager and Solution architect in the governance of the process of selection components for new solutions.

- To follow solution roadmap evolution and identify potential drifts.

- Executing

- Plan and control release of new components.

- Plan and control release of retro-compatible components.

- Support Product Owners in connecting with other teams in order to set-up the correct integrations.

- Testing

- Supports Functional manager in designing integration tests.

- Accountability on QA in the definition and validation of integration, penetration, performance tests, non-functional tests, on new components.

**Required Skills**:

- Experienced Healthcare Project Manager profile required;

- Advanced knowledge in healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR);

- Mastership integration patterns and technologies;

- Fluent English is a must;

- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development;

- Willing to become an expert in IVD domain;

- Willing to be part of the new IVD solution setup and internationalization;

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proven ability to prioritize, and multi-task to meet goals and deadlines;

- Native curiosity and ability to investigate complex scenarios;

- Strong organization and summarization capabilities;

- Efficient communication at all levels, ability to obtain consensus.
