**Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Integrations Manager** to lead customers migration and legacy platform dismission projects of acquired companies.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform analysis and coordinate the integration project's execution, focusing on implementing missing features, migrating customers and retiring legacy platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Perform analysis and exploration on acquired companies.
- Elaborate feature gap analysis.
- Create high level project plans.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, customer success and support teams to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Closely work with Product Owners and development teams involved in the implementation of the missing features and migration procedures on the Go-To Platform.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, product managers and external vendors.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the integration project and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the onboarding process for customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate training on systems like reporting, ticketing, back-office and other internal tools to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms and processes.
- Help people to understand the systems behavior from the user perspective.
- Interact with external agencies or local teams for translations.
- Manage the co-existence of legacy platform and Go-To Platform during the transition phase and the progressive customers migration.
- Lead the migration of customers onto the Go-To platform, ensuring mínimal disruption and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage Product Owners and backlogs on the legacy systems until the completion of the customers migration.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of managing international projects.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Continuous problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Project management certification (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or integration management office (IMO) is highly desirable.
- Fluent English is a must.
