WebLegal is involved in major legal disputes before national and EU judicial/administrative bodies in the field of trademark, plant variety rights, domain names, and other IP issues.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intellectual Property Lawyer located in Trani.

The role will involve managing IP applications, providing legal advice on intellectual property matters, and handling trademarks within the firm's specialized areas of IP law.

Qualifications Intellectual Property and Trademarks knowledge Experience in providing legal advice on intellectual property matters Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree in Law Proficiency in Italian and English Job Responsabilities As an Associate, you will support the senior staff for:

Providing legal counsel on intellectual property, commercial litigation, and contractual matters.

Assisting in litigation proceedings, including drafting legal documents and court filings.

Representing clients before Italian courts and other relevant authorities.

Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Advising international clients on cross-border legal matters.

Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
