Main Responsabilities**:

- Manage and protect the global trademark and domain name portfolio;

- Manage and coordinate IP litigations, specifically on trademarks, patents, designs;

- Work across the business advising the design, product & merchandising, retail and advertising teams on IP content & issues;

- Advise the business on the IP landscape and the risks to both existing business and new business initiatives, particularly in the field of trademarks and copyrights;

- Actively advise and work on effective policing/enforcement programs and brand protection strategies.

**Profile**:

- At least 6 to 10 years' experience on IP matters with focus on trademark;

- Previous experience in a top legal firm on IP matters or in-house international company.

Background in luxury or fashion field will be considered a plus.

- Proficient spoken and written Italian and English are key to cover the role; French knowledge is a plus.

- Experience in drafting contracts for talents, ambassadors, licenses, co-branding projects is also welcomed.
