This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digitising network utilities operations to facilitate the energy transition.

As part of the Digital Grid team, you will work with global companies, combining your technical expertise, proven consulting skills, and industry knowledge to help solve complex problems in the design and implementation of OT systems and processes. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager role is responsible for delivering OT implementations for our clients as well as driving sales for such programmes.

The successful candidate will be:Advising clients on the delivery of digital grid programmes and projects, including:Leading clients' OT strategy, business case, and roadmapDesigning business and solution architecture for OT implementationsDeveloping detailed activity, resource, and cost plans for OT implementationsSupporting the procurement and evaluation of OT products and services (e. g. , ADMS, DERMS, market platforms)Leading systems and applications functional and technical design with various vendors and providersLeading the delivery of utility/OT data services, such as data assessments, collection, migration, validationLeading the delivery of testing services on large system implementation projectsDriving go-to-market and sales activities across EMEIA, including:Collaborating with local EY firms to identify and pursue opportunitiesShaping commercial proposals that address customer needsSupporting the development of differentiating solutions and servicesDeveloping thought leadership articles and digital grid insightsSupporting a high-performing, geographically dispersed team, including:Effectively teaming with various internal and external resourcesCoaching and developing team skillsetsSupporting a culture of collaboration and high performanceMinimum Required SkillsSignificant experience (10+ years) as an expert, manager, vendor, or consultant to Power Utilities network clientsExperience providing advisory services and core consulting skillsets, with the ability to prioritize work under tight timelinesExperience in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across multiple applications, including:Advanced distribution management systems (ADMS)Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)Outage management systems (OMS)Distribution management systems (DMS)Distributed energy resource management systems (DERMS)Keen understanding of the PU technology landscape and vendor ecosystemGood working knowledge of applicable standards used in OT project deliveryGood working knowledge of applicable technologies used in OT project deliveryProficiency in English, with professional communication skills (additional languages appreciated)Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needsEducationBS/BA degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar technical degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
