The Project

Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world.

We have a multi-national team developing the world's first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it!.

In Italy we're the Software Development HQ, here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, from here anyone can buy, design and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom.

**What you will do**:

- Contribute to the collection and definition of product goals

- Contribute to the production of high-quality deliverables

- Generate design solutions, from the initial sketches to the final interactive prototype

- Follow the complete lifecycle of a Design project: from drafting the initial proposal to follow the Development and Testing phases

- Cooperate creatively and effectively with other team members

**What we are looking for**:

Must have:

- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD)

- Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use LucidChart, Figma, Adobe CC;

- Technical knowledge of the development process: we won't expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently;

- Ability to express ideas through visual elements with balance and grace

- Good level of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

- Experience with 3D modeling software and/or Gaming Industry

- You're fascinated by people and psychology

- We value a Degree or certified courses in User Experience Design / Interaction Design / Web Design / Digital Graphic Art and Multimedia or similar.

WE OFFER: employment agreement and level commensurate with the matured experience, combined with an individual career plan.

SALARY RANGE: depending on your skills and seniorship, from EUR 30k to 40k

Our compensation plan includes:

extra salary bonus: after 12 months of work, you'll receive an annual performance-based bonus at year's end
