Intercompany Specialist
The position is based in Rome. Reporting to Account Receivables Intercompany, Retail & E-commerce Team Coordinator, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Job responsibilities: Responsibility for managing and coordinate the Monthly Intercompany closing activities;
Supervise the intercompany flow by ensuring all A/P & A/R transactions are processed in a timely manner in accordance with a corporate guidelines;
Supervise the monitoring of A/R and A/P aging statement advising of the status and providing recommendations to resolve issue;
Continuous process improvement Intercompany;
Key user for team projects (requirement collection, prepare project progress report).
Profile: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field;
General ledger accounting knowledge;
At Least 3 years' experience in similar position;
Knowledge of SAP 4H would be a plus;
Strong knowledge Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Ability to organize and work with others with team spirit;
Time Management capacity in order to respect deadlines;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
