You will serve as an Interdisciplinary General Engineer/Architect (Project Manager) in the Planning, Design & Construction Directorate of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA. Registration as Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is required. You MUST provide a copy of your current registration with expiration date with your application. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience as a professional Engineer/Architect must demonstrate the following: Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and funding processes; Assisting with development of statements of work, negotiations, and management of design task orders; Providing post construction award services (PCAS) with the technical team on projects; Managing oversight of contract requirements and construction progress.
