Our client, a PE backed manufacturing business based in North Italy, require an Interim CFO to join them for an initial 3-6 month period.

The role will report into the CEO, and be responsible for professionalising the finance function to meet private equity expectations, with the ability to support strategic business decisions whilst also establishing rigour with regards to controls, processes, systems, people etc.

Key Responsibilities: Professionalise the finance function, ensuring it has commercial capability which can act at pace to meet PE standards Develop strong cashflow management and working capital procedures Partner with the CEO, enabling strategic business decisions to be made, based upon insightful and literate commercial financial information Drive continual best-practice in an ambiguous environment – being hands-on to ensure the core finance elements are delivered whilst also having the gravitas to drive business decisions Candidate Profile: Demonstrable CFO experience in a Private Equity owned business Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, operational, wholesale or FMCG organisation with an international remit Business literacy in Italian Ability to be on-site in North Italy 3-4 days per week Disclaimer: Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities, and as much as we endeavour to respond promptly to each application we would advise that if you have not received communication within 10 working days consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
