Studio Temporary Manager is urgently seeking an** Interim Managing Director Italy (Temporary 9 months) **- Engineering - Emilia Romagna
Our Customer is a globally active high-tech engineering company.
With a focus on the automotive industry and electromobility, battery production, electronics, and energy, the Company develops and builds innovative and efficient production solutions.
**Posizione**:
The Interim Managing Director will have the responsibility over the hole Italy Unit, until a new Managing Director has been recruited.
Objectives
The objective and goal of the assignment is to run the Country Unit in Italy (Emilia Romagna) The branch in Italy includes 200 employees in Sales and Engineering
**Requisiti**:
The right person is an experienced manager with a technology background who has been leading transformations / cost reduction in the manufacturing industry.
- 10-15 years as Senior Manager within manufacturing industry (Preferably background from special engineering)
- Relevant experience in running sales and/or engineering units
- Communicative with ability to stand in front of the employees and inspire as well as quickly gain trust from all types of people e. g. blue-collar worker on the shop floor as well as the board, executive management, as well as bright young people with a lot of drive
- Emphatic personality - people person
- Level-headed and able to set the right priorities day-to-day
- Down to earth (no big corporate type) with ability to work sleeves up and make it happen - high tolerance to stress.
- Interested and ability to develop and support people
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Fluent in English and Italian
Fluent in German preferred, but not a must
Exact objective and focus to be defined in the beginning of the assignment
