Interim Senior Commercial Fp&A Manager
Our mid-market private equity (PE) client is seeking to hire an interim FP&A Senior Analyst.
This role requires a strong business acumen, fluency in Italian, and a willingness to be based in Gallarate, Italy as required.
The business is currently in a transformative state.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this interim will be involved in: Leading annual budget preparation Monthly forecast for volumes, discounts, sales and direct margin Be a business partner to the sales team, reviewing, analyzing and interpreting actual and budgetary information Provide guidance, training and mentorship to the team to create sales plans and set goals Ad Hoc / improvement projects To qualify for this position, you must be a certified accountant with 10 years' experience in FP&A teams within the demanding private equity / manufacturing sector.
This role will suit an energetic and hands-on individual, looking to leverage their experience and make significant change to the business and offer support to the team.
This role is likely to be for 6-9 months and you should be available to start at short notice.
Daily rate commensurate to experience.
