Position: The role will involve a range of activities including: Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space Sketch preliminary design plans Specify materials and furnishings, such as furniture, wall finishes, and flooring Research materials and order samples/products Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers Preparation of furniture cutsheet Support with preparation of furniture presentations and prototyping Support construction supervision and coordinate with contractors Requirements: You will join our design team, providing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) package, technical drawings, and specifications. You are a good communicator, self-motivated, and willing to work in an established international design practice with a solid reputation. Required: 2-5 years of professional experience in hospitality, retail, and office design. Your personality and qualifications: Architecture or Interior design essential Knowledge of BIM methodology, BIM software (Revit), and collaborative working Ability to work in an informal environment Ability to work under own initiative and be proactive Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Positive attitude, flexible, helpful, and enthusiastic Good knowledge of spoken and written English Other information: Software Skills: ACPV works exclusively with BIM software (Revit); the following skills are highly recommended but not essential: Proficiency in Revit Knowledge of common graphics software (Adobe package, etc. ) J-18808-Ljbffr
