Position:The role will involve a range of activities including:Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the spaceSketch preliminary design plansSpecify materials and furnishings, such as furniture, wall finishes, and flooringResearch materials and order samples/productsLiaise with manufacturers and suppliersPreparation of furniture cutsheetSupport with preparation of furniture presentations and prototypingSupport construction supervision and coordinate with contractorsRequirements:You will join our design team, providing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) package, technical drawings, and specifications. You are a good communicator, self-motivated, and willing to work in an established international design practice with a solid reputation. Required: 2-5 years of professional experience in hospitality, retail, and office design. Your personality and qualifications:Architecture or Interior design essentialKnowledge of BIM methodology, BIM software (Revit), and collaborative workingAbility to work in an informal environmentAbility to work under own initiative and be proactiveAbility to multitask and perform under pressurePositive attitude, flexible, helpful, and enthusiasticGood knowledge of spoken and written EnglishOther information:Software Skills:ACPV works exclusively with BIM software (Revit); the following skills are highly recommended but not essential:Proficiency in RevitKnowledge of common graphics software (Adobe package, etc. )
