You will work closely with our internal design and project management team members to foster and continue to develop recognition and strength of the MCX Interior brand.

**Responsibilities depending on design level could include**:

- Lead the creative and conceptual stages for projects

- Engage and collect information from the clients about their needs

- Present design proposals to clients and get their feedback

- Conduct site surveys

- Review building fit-out guides

- Review layouts done by our designers elsewhere and or create their own layouts

- Consider availability of materials and products locally to ensure procurement quality, timelines and pricing are reasonable

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with a portfolio of workplace design, layout work and otherwise

- Minimum seven (7) years' experience in corporate office interior design

- Possess excellent design flair, highly creative with a good eye for design details

- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

**Compensation**:

- 8, 000 SGD - 10, 000 SGD per month

**Salary**: €5, 600. 00 - €7, 000. 00 per month
