We are looking for an Interiors Operations Leader to join our Headquarter at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO). You will hierarchically report to the Head of Pre series and Series Analysis Super Sport Cars. You will be responsible to follow and influence the new products development from Industrial Area perspective (Design For Assembly) for Interiors issues, participating directly to the proto and pre-series assembly phases, being responsible for pre-series, series analysis and problem solving for Interiors issues.

Your main activities will be: Evaluation and influence of product assembly concepts and solutions, by working closely to Research and Development department during the product development phase;Interfunctional meetings participation to align assembly and functional demands to emerging development/modification issues;Analysis of pre-series product problems for Interior and water management issues, starting and driving problem solving process from proto assembly to series involving Quality, Research and Development and Industrial Area, including definition of possible backup solutions;Direct participation to the proto assembly phase;Direct participation to the pre-series assembly phase in production as responsible for problem solving;Collection, reporting and follow up of assembly complaints for Interior/water management issues from virtual (DMU) phase, through proto, pre-series and series using dedicated problem solving systems and driving the problem solving meetings;Strict cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering counterpart in definition and setup of specific assembly tooling;Series production analysis and support, including the active participation to the problem solving process for series. About you University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive) or Technical Degree with a solid experience in a similar technical role;At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in automotive industry;Knowledge of design and CAD;Experience in interiors analysis (TCA, drawings/dimensional reports interpretations, RPS concepts, plastic material and moulding processes);Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus;Analysis and problem solving;Organizational skills;Effective communication;Teamwork.
