Position SummaryThe Commercial Excellence Intern will work within the Commercial Excellence department and support the quantitative and qualitative analytics work streams, providing patient and customer knowledge information to the Sales and Marketing teams.

The position will interact closely with the Marketing and Sales teams. The position will be based at Milan Office.

Principal Responsibilities Reporting Identify Key Performance Indicators (such as sales trend, coverage of target, concentration curve) to describe and better understand trend, variances and performanceDevelop a set of analysis to dive into the data and highlight business insight useful and relevant to internal stakeholders like emerging product trends, common behaviors of customersOptimize existing reports improving usability and structureRun standard periodic reports (sales trend, report on Field force Activity, coverage of customer target and frequency of visits )Support business decisions of Sales and Marketing team providing them with solid, data-driven outcomesGenerate added value analysis and insight on all the therapeutic areas supporting the generation ofmarket research emphasizing the competitive intelligence too Customer Relationship Management Tool:

Support the data entry within the CRM reporting systems and ensure good quality of data stored into them.

Collect enhancement requests from users and manage appropriate system updates with EMEA and Global team.

Manage autonomously the troubleshooting of the system (require corrections of bugs, monitor reporting on status, manage recovery and temporary plan for long term resolutions) Education Degree preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.

Qualifications Experience, both in educational setting and/or in previous internship experience, of reporting and analytics; preferably in Pharma Industry or Management Consulting IndustryAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Preferred knowledge of SAP and statistical packagesExperience using technology to work efficiently with large datasets such as scripting and statistical software packagesFluent in English as mandatoryStrong writing and oral presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in modelling and dashboard preparation
