**JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talent, to join us in one of our Headquarters - in Milan or in Tuscany.

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, test and support solutions for complex HCM business processes and projects

- Help identifying circumstances and future needs, assisting the team while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes

- Partner with other team members to facilitate the successful integration between modules and related business processes

- Follow regular periodic sessions with internal clients and stakeholders to check the progresses of the implementation

- Report to the IT HR Program Manager

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Economics

Fluency in Italian and English

Interest in learning products configuration, integration and best practices

Experience with HR systems is a plus

Ability to work with cross functional teams

Problem solving, flexibility and client approach

Good communication skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to travel
