YOUR ROLE
Requirements in safety standards are to avoid failures in a safety relevant system and to reduce them to an acceptable residual error probability or residual error rate.
The FMEDA (Failure Modes Effects and Diagnostic Analysis) is a methodology for the detailed determination of failure causes and their impact on the system.
The FMEDA tool is used to estimate the failures of a system (hardware + software) and the residual error probability with residual error rate.
Considering the complexity of the automotive MCUs and the impact in case of failures on people safety a tool which is able to help for the estimation of the failures is mandatory.
The candidate shall do the analysis of failure modes data model, define a user-friendly tool, and implement it (FMEDA Work-Tool).
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Experience with large database management.
Experience with python programming language.
Experience with data modelling and transformation.
Knowledge of ISO-26262 standard.
Knowledge of office tools (such as Excel)
