INTERNSHIP BRAND COMMUNICATION AND PR

The intern will join the Communication and PR Unit, which is responsible for the brand awareness of the Academy, by supporting all the marketing and communication activities according to the given strategies to represent in a proper way the company's products and services to its stakeholders.

- Handle the collection and production of contents for online/offline marketing and promotional materials, in both Italian and English languages, at national and international level (in particular, but not exclusively: brochures, flyers, enrollment documents, scholarships, ADV campaigns, fairs, etc. )

in order to support the Enrollment activities.

- Work closely with the Art Direction team and coordinate with the different interlocutors (staff, faculty, external suppliers) for the correct production of marketing materials and to maintain the high standards of the Academy and of its tools.

- Enhance the dissemination of contents of the produced marketing materials on NABA digital channels (i. e.

website) and on external media.

- Support other daily activities of the Communication and PR Office (i. e.

news, press releases, media relations etc. )

according to specific needs, liaising with the supervisor to identify the office priorities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BA or MA degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Humanities, Art&Design Fields (e. i.

Arts Management, etc.

)

- Highly precise, detail-oriented, with strong editing skills

- Motivated, proactive, problem solver, with good time management skills and ability to work independently and in team on multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines

- Familiarity with contents and languages of the Academy cultural areas (fashion design, cinema and animation, visual arts, communication, design, etc.

)

- Excellent English written and oral (C1/C2 level)

- Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe PDF editing tools is required, basic knowledge of the Adobe Suite (e. i.

Photoshop, Indesign) is a plus.

- Previous experience in similar role at Marketing & Communication office is an advantage.

CONDITIONS:

Full time internship of 6 months;

Expenses reimbursement of 800 EUR per month + ticket restaurant;

Workplace: Milan (MM2 Romolo).
