Context

The Communications & Information Services (CIS) Branch is responsible for the provision of the full range of Information and Technology support to the NDC, including automation, communications, and visual aids.

Job Description

The CIS/AV Intern will possess good writing and communication skills, and will be tasked to provide assistance and support to the CIS/AV team, by _inter alia _:

- Preparation and update "Weekly Agenda" for Audiovisual section.

- Schedule and conduct test connection with virtual lecturers.

- Close cooperation with NDC Assistants regarding scheduled activities.

- Update of Audiovisual inventory when the systems are upgraded, modified or dismissed.

- Contact with local Service Providers, if needed in case of fault during activity where technicians are involved.

- Management of Audiovisual ZOOM account in regards to schedule Virtual links for the planned activity.

- Transmission of information and updates within Audiovisual team.

Flexibility, good communication skills, diplomacy, teamwork as well as the ability to work independently are essential prerequisites

A very good level of English language proficiency is required.

Knowledge of French language would be also beneficial.

NATO Defense College is only able to offer internship to people who are at least 21 and under the age of 30 and citizens of a NATO member country.
