We are currently looking for an entusiastic intern to join our Human Resources function in Lainate plant (MI)

Responsabilità essenziali:

As an intern you will be involved, under supervision, in supporting the local HR in managing different types of activities such as:

- Support in analyzing training requests and scouting from the market the better solutions

- Support in planning and managing the learning offer

- Support in reporting the training activities

- Participation in the organization of the induction plan for new employees

- Support in recruiting processes

- Organizational charts and internal policies manteinance

Requisiti di posizione:

Desired skills:

- Economics/Management, Political Science, Humanities or Law studies/Degree

- Team working attitude and flexibility

- Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken)

- IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point)
