Under immediate direction and under work guidance of staff, assists and supports organization in development of various projects.

This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training.

Technical knowledge required is limited to the tasks performed in own discipline area and is considered basic.

The tasks are generally routine and manual.

The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations.

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**:

- Support Compliance and Privacy Team to ensure a compliant and consistent GDPR management aligned to Company's expectation and processes:

- Maintenance of documentation (Data Inventory, Data processing register, list of existing DPAs, DPIAs, etc.

)

- Improvement of employee's awareness on GDPR requirements

- Identification of risk areas to ensure effective controls are in place, such as education, monitoring and mitigation actions

- Development and implementation of programs and processes to ensure organizational compliance to GDPR

- Support Compliance Team to:

- oversee Compliance program for Stryker's Italy business.

- oversee Dlgs 231/2001 Compliance program for Stryker's Italy business.

- lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, simplicity, and speed of action.

- raise awareness of the compliance program and promote accountability for ethics and integrity.
