Intern Customer Care
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Intern, with a 6-month assignment, to support our team on various tasks related to the customer-oriented order processing and management.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer care working with great products, learning from senior colleagues, interacting with different functions in different countries and networking with a variety of talented professionals.
Ultimately, you will gain broad overview of the Customer Service activities and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment with a degree of autonomy.
**Key duties**:
The intern will be flanked and trained to support the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions Customer Care team mainly with:
- Order entering
- Delivery monitoring, delays reporting, claims and complaints follow up
- Credit control processes (unblocking requests, financial documents. . . )
- Telephone contact to potential customers
- Documents preparation, complying with the mandatory legal requirements, mainly on sales related documents, customers data sheet and relevant financial documentation
- CRM updating (recording phone calls, delays, claims and relevant follow up. . . )
- Translation of technical/marketing documents
- Testing activities on SAP mainframe
- Proactive support in customer survey initiatives (surveys to customers, NPS. . . )
- Administrative support in price management (recording new quotations, filing contracts )
- Support in data collection in relation to local projects
- Involvement in SWP Strategy and Business Continuity Plan
**Requirements**:
- Strong desire to learn and go the extra-mile
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
- Customer orientation
- Mandatory fluency in both Italian and English (upper/intermediate) - fluency in French is desirable
- Experience in sales/customer care and SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
