You'll be accountable for gathering, translating, realizing and deploying digital capabilities (platform, process, competence, data).

We're looking for a Digital Marketing and e-commerce Specialist who'll be responsible for supporting enabling the capabilities in business context of our businesses & markets.

You'll be part of the Signify EU/IIG Digital Marketing team and its responsibilities are develop & execute global integrated digital marketing programs, enabling the effective management of all elements of the online sales funnel, so key communication skills and technical background must be in your DNA.

What you'll do- Execute digital plans (Activations of awareness and conversion campaigns)- Social copy and posting- Optimize, localize and develop the Italy market's digital channels - supporting business objectives- Newsletter creation- Coordinate agencies (media agencies, graphic agencies, partners)- Data reports on SEA, CRM, Analytics and Social Media activation- Providing brand consistency: brand guidelines and assets- Be proactive in searching new digital solutions (tools, marketplace, digital trends)- Support local lead generation nurturing process: database- Delivering reports for marketing and sales team- Activate influencers on professional contents- Benchmarking and competitor analysis- CRM and direct marketing activities- Proactivity in proposing digital activations (ex.

Promotions or new channels- Drive impact with digital campaigns & optimizing digital channels to drive leads & sales volume- Interpret gathered local & global customer insights and translate into local actions on digital channels to optimize the customer experience- Data analysis- Be an excellent team player is a must. - Continuous relationship and feedbacks with global organization- Act as digital ambassador (change agent) as part of the Digital team

What you'll need- A degree in Digital Marketing- Precision and excellent written skills are a must- Data-oriented and analytical mindset- Project management skills- High language proficiency in both English and Italian- You are passionate about working in a Global environment and have an eagerness to collaborate across functions and departments. - Photoshop skills are a plus.
