Customer Support Internship

Position: Intern

Organization: Network Components HQ - Backoffice

Location: HQ - Milan

The customer support intern, reporting to the Engineering Manager, will be part of the engineering team and will support the internal customers in the daily activities.

**Job Description**:

- To participate into the Back office daily activity;

- To collect and upload in the system the purchase orders;

- To support the team with customer interface;

- To filter the Orders from clients checking the completeness of the received info;

- To support the team with data collection, elaboration and statistics;

Skills and Experience/Competences

- Attention to details;

- Analytical and problem-solving ability;

- Positive attitude to work with the team;

- Strategic approach to work;

- Desire to deal with many people;

IT Systems

- Microsoft Office;

- SAP (preferred);

Languages

- English;

Education and experience

- Industrial engineering;
