**About the role

- Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll provider, including managing monthly changes, reviewing, controlling, and processing payrolls

- Assist the HR Business Partner in providing administrative and labor law advice to employees

- Support personnel administration tasks, including managing time records, monitoring vacation balances, coordinating weekly schedules, maintaining personnel files, updating official calendars, ensuring compliance with collective agreements, and tracking absences and leaves

- Prepare administrative, payroll, and personnel cost reportsAssist in various cross-country HR processes, such as resource planning, skills development, and performance management

**Job requirements and experience

- Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resouces, Economics, Law or comparable

- A post graduate course in Human Resources is highly desirable

- Knowledge of Italian labour legislation

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English

- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
