We are looking for a graduate to join our HR Department for the BU Hygiene for a 6 months internship focusing on Recruiting, Training and Internal Communication.

- You will support the HR Business Partner for different activities:

- Graduate recruitment process for all the functions

- Manage the partnership with universities and other entities

- Manage internal communication process (newsletter, wellbeing and Diversity&Inclusion initiatives)

- Provide support on training & development initiatives

- Work collaboratively with the team to contribute in implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are fit for Purpose.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master Degree, preferably in Economics

- Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Proactive and confident, with a can do attitude
